My Story
Hi, I’m Shaonli - a home-chef in Pune for the last 9 years. When I started, I had to figure out everything on my own:
pricing, menus, packaging, customers, content, delivery, confidence… all while managing real life alongside it.
Over the years, through pop-ups, chef tables, customer orders, flea markets, and constant learning, I slowly built systems that actually worked for me. That’s exactly why I created the Pakshaal Playbook.

For coaching & Consutlation services & the Challenge, shipping does not apply as the services are provided digitally or remotely. Once you enroll in a coaching program, you will receive access to the materials and sessions online or through other digital means.
Cancellation & Refund
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
1. If you have purchased the products/services, completed the tenure of the program taking necessary action-steps required to get results & used them how they are intended to be used & still didn't get any output at all. (You have to share all the necessary proofs of execution/usage).
2. You have completed the full-payment of the services/products as per agreed upon timeline without defaulting, before asking for a refund.
3. Dissatisfaction with our services, subject to above mentioned conditions.
Any money-back guarantee offered would NOT be a "no questions asked" money-back guarantee.
